Competitive Advantages
|
Turner Aviation continues to meet the requirements of an ever more demanding market by investment and review of our key processes. We have invested well over £1m in the past two years in upgraded facilities and new capability. We have fully overhauled our shop floor processing around lean principles to enable us to improve on our already World Class turnaround times. We invest heavily in part and unit exchange stock to ensure that any delays due to parts shortages are minimised.
