We specialise in working with our customers on full reverse engineering projects, development & improvements to current products as well as quick turnaround of highly complex machined components. We are also members of the Clean Energy Cluster.

- Full Repair Services for various types of fuel nozzles
- OEM approved fuel nozzle repair centre
- AOG machining support service to major UK aircraft operators

Turner Aviation has a policy of maintaining full in-house processes in order to control quality, cost and lead times. We can offer the following services in-house:
- New Manufacture and Repair of various fuel nozzle assemblies
- Liquid testing of fuel components
- Sonic nozzle gas flow testing
- Multi axis machining with probe datum setting and laser tool setting
- 5-axis milling, 3-axis turn-mill, wire erosion, grinding and manual machining capability
- Full 3D modelling and the latest CAM technology
- TIG Welding
- Fluorescent Dye Penetrant NDT (Level 3 approval)
- Vapor blast, Paint shop and Vibro finishing
- Hydrostatic and pressure testing
- OEM approved chemical cleaning with heating, pumps system and LEV.
- CMM Inspection
- Long-standing relationships with suppliers offering EBW, Honing, Spark Erosion & Plating/Coatings
